    Your First Class FAQ

    What should I bring?

    For 26&2 or Yoga Sport:

Two towels, a yoga mat & water — and yes, you WILL sweat. 🔥 That’s not a side effect, that’s the point. Sweating is one of the most powerful detox benefits of the 26&2 practice, so embrace it! The second towel is for the shower after class. We have showers on site, so you can come straight from work or head right back to your day feeling fresh and renewed. 💧 WAYmat included with your New Student Intro Offer — so no need to bring the mat or towel your first two weeks!

    For Yin Yoga:

Yin is all about slowing down and going deep — so bring whatever makes you feel cozy and supported. 🤍 Think a blanket, bolster, or pillow. Comfort is the whole vibe. You’ll be holding poses for several minutes at a time, so the more settled you feel on your mat, the better. Water is always a good idea too, but you won’t need two towels for this one — Yin is practiced at room temperature so the sweat stays optional. 😄

    What should I wear?

Light, breathable, and form-fitting works best. Think shorts and tank top or sports bra for women. Less fabric = more comfortable in the heat.

How should I prepare for class?

Come hydrated — seriously, start drinking water well before you arrive. Electrolytes are encouraged too. 🥥 We sell coconut water at the studio, which is perfect for rehydrating after class. For food, we recommend nothing heavy for at least 2 hours before class — something light like fruit is totally fine. Try to avoid caffeine and heavy protein beforehand as well. Your body will thank you! 🙏

How hot is it in there?

It depends on the class! Our H.O.T. 26&2 class is our hottest — practiced in a fully heated infrared studio. Most of our other classes are warmed to around 90°, which feels energizing without being intense. Yin Yoga is the exception — that one is done at room temperature, so it’s a great option if you want to ease in gently. Our infrared heat is intentional: it warms your muscles from the inside out rather than just blasting hot air, and most students say they feel incredible afterward. 🔥
