H.O.T. YOGA (90 Minutes)
Healing, Original, Therapeutic (H.O.T.
- 26 Postures & 2 Breathing Exercises
- Practiced in an infrared heated room
- Heals body from the inside-out
- Helps reclaim your natural range of motion
- Safe for pre and post-surgery rehab
- Restores and maintains health & well-being
YIN YOGA THERAPY (60 Minutes)
Gentle classes to calm the body & mind
- Works deep connective tissues of the body
- Practiced in a low lit, AC room
- Hold specific shapes for 3-5 minutes
- Uses breath-work as a relaxation technique
- Increases joint mobility and circulation through myofascial release
