- Practiced in a heated room
- Heals body from the inside-out
- Helps reclaim your natural range of motion
- Safe for pre and post-surgery rehab
- Restores and maintains health and well-being
YIN YOGA THERAPY (60 Minutes)
Gentle classes to calm the body and mind
- Works deep connective tissues of the body
- Practiced in a low, wardroom with fans
- Hold specific shapes for 3-5 minutes
- Uses breath-work as a relaxation technique
- Increases joint mobility and circulation
- Self Myofascial Release (SMR) tools
